In order to take this photo of the yellow Dandelions I had to sit on the grass and face the camera directly towards the plant. I set the ISO to 100 due to the fact that there was bright sunlight hitting directly on the plant. I set my shutter speed to 1/100s because there was no wind hitting the plant therefore the plant was still. I used the filling the frame technique by using a low aperture of f5.6 to focus on the plant and not let the background cause a distraction. I fixed the exposure to make the plant seem darker and let the details pop out more. In order to do this i set it to -1 EV, if set at 1 Ev the plant is then over exposed and therefore loses its detail.
